Terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the information published on it. Use of a Tunnel platform deployment is governed separately, by the written agreement between the customer organization and the operator of Tunnel Sovereign.

Effective 28 August 2026

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Tunnel Sovereign (“Tunnel Sovereign”, “we”, “us”). By using tunnelmessenger.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.

2. What this website is

This website describes the Tunnel platform, its components, its deployment models and its security architecture, and provides a way to request a private briefing. It is informational. It is not an offer, a quotation, a commitment to supply, or a representation that any particular configuration is available in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Product configuration and capability

Product configurations, integrations and operational capabilities are delivered according to customer requirements, deployment environment, validation scope and applicable authorization. No approval for classified information is represented.

Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that Tunnel holds a government authorization, certification, accreditation, listing or evaluation outcome. Where such a status is required by a customer, it is addressed in the deployment engagement, not asserted here.

4. Deployments are governed separately

Access to and use of a Tunnel Sovereign deployment, including Tunnel Mobile, Tunnel Command and Tunnel Relay, is governed by the written agreement between the customer organization and the operator of Tunnel Sovereign, together with any policies that organization applies to its own users. Those documents, not these terms, determine service levels, data handling, support, liability and termination for a deployment.

Individuals using a Tunnel service that was previously provisioned to them remain subject to the service terms supplied at the time of provisioning, which continue to apply to that service.

5. Inquiries you send us

When you submit a briefing request or write to us, you confirm that you are authorized to make the inquiry on behalf of the organization you name, and that the information you provide is accurate.

Do not submit classified information, operational secrets, credentials or other sensitive material through this website. Information sent to us through this website is not received under any confidentiality obligation unless we have separately agreed one with you in writing.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this website, its infrastructure or any related system.
  • Do not interfere with the availability or integrity of the website, including by automated request flooding.
  • Do not use the inquiry channel to transmit unlawful, deceptive or malicious content.
  • Do not scrape, republish or misrepresent the content of this website as your own or as an endorsement.

If you believe you have found a security issue in this website or in a Tunnel product, please report it to security@tunnelmessenger.com rather than disclosing it publicly.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, diagrams, layout, the Tunnel Sovereign name and mark, is owned by Tunnel Sovereign or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not use the Tunnel Sovereign name or mark to imply a relationship, endorsement or certification that does not exist.

8. Third-party references

References to standards, algorithms, platforms or technologies are made for description only and do not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or approval from the organizations responsible for them.

9. No warranty for the website

This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunnel Sovereign disclaims all warranties in relation to the website, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranties relating to a Tunnel deployment, if any, are set out in the applicable deployment agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunnel Sovereign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Export and sanctions

The Tunnel platform incorporates cryptography and may be subject to export control and sanctions law. You may not access this website or engage with Tunnel Sovereign in breach of any applicable export control, sanctions or trade law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States applicable there, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of this website.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will be revised and the updated terms published here. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Contracting entity

These terms govern use of this website. Where a deployment agreement is entered into, that agreement identifies the contracting entity, the governing terms and the applicable service commitments. Nothing on this website should be read as identifying, or substituting for, that entity.
