By accessing or using Tunnel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Tunnel provides a private messaging platform with end-to-end encryption. We offer messaging, voice calls, video calls, and media sharing features designed with privacy as the primary consideration.

User Accounts

To use Tunnel, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Keeping your device and access credentials secure
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tunnel to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and share through Tunnel. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Due to end-to-end encryption, we cannot access your content and therefore make no representations about it.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Tunnel is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
